About
Four senior engineers who build the products that cross boundaries.
DigitalBorders is a small, senior team — software, hardware, and the immersive layer in between, shipped end to end under one roof. The hard problems live on the boundaries, and we're built to take them on.
The four of us
The people you'll actually work with.
Four people, four overlapping disciplines. A dedicated hardware engineer on a team this size is rare — it's why our connected-device and XR work is ours, not subcontracted.

How we work
A small senior team that owns the whole thing.
We own the whole build — firmware, cloud, app, and the immersive layer when there is one. One team and one set of decisions, with no vendor seams to integrate across.
No hand-off chains. The engineers on the first call are the ones who write the code — nothing gets thrown over a wall to a junior bench or an offshore team.
We don't disappear at launch. Most builds turn into a long-term partnership: we stay on a Retainer to maintain the product, iterate on it, and add what comes next.
How we started
Four independent engineers, one studio.
We'd each spent years shipping production software, firmware, and XR — some of us alongside each other on the same projects. We started DigitalBorders to do that work as one studio: take on the hard, multidisciplinary products and build them end to end, instead of handing the awkward parts to someone else.
What to expect
A low-risk start, and work you own.
The people who pitch are the people who build — no hand-off chains.
If it's a fit, we start with a paid Discovery Sprint: a spec and a fixed-price quote, credited toward the Build.
Fixed price, no surprises.
You own everything we build.

Tell us what you're building. You'll talk to the engineer who'd build it — not a sales desk.
